This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may apply.
Project Cancellation
- Project cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- Once a project has started and resources are allocated, no full refund will be issued.
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed proportionally.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Campaign setup and strategy fees are non-refundable after project commencement.
- Ongoing management fees may be canceled with 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Website Design & Development
- If a project is canceled before design approval, 50% of the project cost will be retained.
- Once design approval or development has started, no refund will be processed.
Training Courses
- Refunds for training enrollments are available only if canceled before the course start date.
- Once access is provided or sessions begin, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
