Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Groot Solutions, we aim to provide quality services and transparent communication.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may apply.

Project Cancellation

  • Project cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Once a project has started and resources are allocated, no full refund will be issued.
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed proportionally.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Campaign setup and strategy fees are non-refundable after project commencement.
  • Ongoing management fees may be canceled with 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Website Design & Development

  • If a project is canceled before design approval, 50% of the project cost will be retained.
  • Once design approval or development has started, no refund will be processed.

Training Courses

  • Refunds for training enrollments are available only if canceled before the course start date.
  • Once access is provided or sessions begin, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
