Estimate monthly management fees for Google, Meta, or both
Use the Ads Management Service Fee Calculator to quickly estimate the monthly management fee for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or a combined (bundle) service. Enter the number of campaigns for each platform and an optional monthly budget (informational only) — the tool calculates base fees, additional campaign charges and applies volume discounts automatically.
This calculator is ideal for business owners, marketing managers, and agencies who want transparent, data-driven cost planning for paid media management.

Pricing logic (what the tool does)
- Each individual service has a base monthly fee (covers up to 2 campaigns).
- Extra campaigns cost a fixed per-campaign fee.
- For bundles, a single bundle base fee covers up to 2 campaigns per platform (4 total); extra campaigns are charged per campaign.
- Volume discounts are applied linearly:
- For single-platform plans, discount starts inclusive at campaign 3 and scales up to 20% at 20 campaigns.
- For bundle plans, bundle discount starts inclusive at total campaigns = 6 and scales up to 20% at 20 campaigns.
- The calculator shows subtotal, discount line item (if any), and final monthly management fee (ad spend remains separate).
Example estimates
- Google only — 2 campaigns: Base fee (e.g., Rs.15,000)
- Google only — 5 campaigns: Base + 3 extra × Rs.5,000, minus linear discount starting at campaign 3
- Bundle (Google + Meta) — Google:2, Meta:2 (4 total): Bundle base (e.g., Rs.25,000)
- Bundle — Google:4, Meta:4 (8 total): Bundle base + extra campaigns, bundle discount applies starting at total campaigns 6

FAQs
- Is media/ad spend included in this fee?
No. This calculator estimates monthly management fees only. Media budgets are billed separately to ad platforms. - What is the base fee coverage?
Base plans cover up to two campaigns per service. Bundle base covers up to two campaigns per platform (4 campaigns total). - How do volume discounts work?
Discounts ramp up linearly from inclusive start points: single-service discount starts at campaign 3, bundle discount starts at total campaigns 6 — both scale toward a 20% maximum by 20 campaigns. - Can I mix Google and Meta campaigns in bundle mode?
Yes. Bundle pricing treats both platforms together: a single bundle base covers campaigns across both platforms and applies bundle discounts based on total campaigns. - Why is the estimated budget field present?
Budget is informational only (helps you keep planning context); it does not change the calculated service fee. - Is there a minimum commitment?
The tool shows monthly fees based on campaign counts. Actual service agreements and minimum terms are defined during onboarding. - Can I print or share the quote?
Yes — use Print / PDF to create a client-ready document or Copy quote (text) for messaging and emails. - Is the Save toggle safe to use?
Save uses your browser’s localStorage to persist inputs locally. Nothing is uploaded to any server. Turn it off on shared devices.
Disclaimer
Calculator results are planning estimates for management fees only. Actual service agreements and final pricing depend on campaign complexity, targeting, and a scoped discovery call.
